1. The DVDs and Clips which we offer in our online store are exclusively for adults.

2. Your personal datas will be treated strictly confidential. They will never be used for commercial acts nor will be passed to a third party.

3. For the dispatch of the DVDs you don't have to pay any delivery charges worldwide. You are only responsible for the customs expenses.

4. If not satisfied we will neither refund the purchase price nor exchange any goods.

5. If there will be once a damaged DVD we will replace it immediately. You only have to contact us by e-mail at info@incredible-fantasies.com and tell us the problem.

6. Confidentiality is very important for us. We dispatch in totally neutral packing. Additionally you have different options for the dispatch, so that you can get the DVDs as most confidential as possible.

7. To download the DVDs directly on your computer, it's necessary that you have an DSL-port.
